–  Coordinate with Bank Officers regarding any real property collateral concerns

–  Perform a three tiered initial inspection of real property collateral to stage optimal positioning for maximized recovery once in REO/OREO

–  Coordinate any pre-foreclosure needed repairs to protect the real property collateral value

Post Foreclosure

–  Coordinate property Preservation as needed

–  Coordinate property Construction/Rehab as needed

–  Assess accurate resale pricing and refer Listing to the optimum Real Estate Broker/Agent

–  Assist in contract negotiation problems and closing documentation problems

–  Coordinate Property Management engagement for Commercial properties w/Tenants (usually the same as Listing Firm)

–  Coordinate Property Management engagement for Residential properties (usually not the same as Listing Firm) which is inclusive of coordination of compliance with the 2009 Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act and implementing Cash for Keys and/or eviction procedures as appropriate
